Mission Statement: Simply Yoga strives to provide students with the most current yoga knowledge while creating a safe, relaxed environment. It is our goal to create a community atmosphere that promotes health and well-being, by teaching skills that you can take off your yoga mat and into your life. If you are a new student, you can drop into any class at any time. If you are brand new to yoga, it is best to begin with the ALL LEVELS classes.

I have always believed that we are all looking for love and acceptance.  Some lucky people get a good dose of it when they are children and they grow-up  to be confident, secure adults.  Others don’t get all of the love and acceptance that they need as children and this leads to a constant search for it.  Some choose over eating, alcohol, shopping, gambling to fill their void.  Some walk around with anxiety or depression.  That is what brought me to yoga and why I teach yoga.  I have some voids and yoga and meditation show me that really the love is all inside of me.  Everything I need is right there.  Sometimes it gets buried by life….but it is always right there.  I am so thankful for my practice and even more thankful to share it with my students.
